Andrew Schwartzberg is one of the nation’s leading affordable housing community developers, having created and operated more than 25,000 affordable housing units over the past two decades. He has also contributed to the investment, development, and operational management of high-end retail centers across the country.

Andrew began his career in the world of investment banking and investment management, holding notable positions at Schroder Wertheim, Inc., SAC Capital Management, Inc., and Convergent Wealth Advisors, where he played instrumental roles in shaping strategies and fostering financial growth.

In addition to investments in the life sciences, Andrew and his wife Jaime’s portfolio spans multi-asset-class real estate and ownership stakes in both domestic and international sports franchises, including the Charlotte Hornets and Leeds United.

Andrew and Jaime are prolific philanthropists who believe their financial success is best shared with those who are working to make the world a better place — locally, nationally, and globally.
